At $299 a month, about ten dollars a day, you get a physician who knows your history, picks up when you call, and has the time to think about your care. We are in-network and bill your insurance for your visits, so the membership simply covers the access and time insurance does not. Family members can be added at a discounted rate.

Individual membership at Seth Premier Medical is $299 per month. That covers 24/7 direct physician access, same or next-day appointments, an executive-style annual visit, care coordination, messaging and telehealth, and a prevention-forward plan. Family members can be added at a discounted rate.
If you have ever waited three weeks for a rushed fifteen-minute visit, the difference is the point. For $299 a month you get same or next-day access, hour-long visits, and a physician who carries about 200 patients per panel, so he knows your history without reading it cold. Most members say the value shows up the first time something goes wrong after hours and their doctor actually answers.
