Operations built around the patient.

Neera Seth was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Manitoba in 2006. She started her career as an RN on a Med/Surg unit at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, where she learned the pace and judgment that bedside nursing demands.

In 2010 she relocated to New York and worked on an ICU Step-Down Unit, her first experience in the American medical system. A year later she moved to Fargo, North Dakota, as her husband began his internal medicine residency. At Sanford Health she stepped into the procedural world of Interventional Radiology, and in 2017 she also worked part time in the Infusion Center at Sanford Health's Roger Maris Cancer Center.

She later took on the manager role for Interventional Radiology and earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Nursing Leadership and Management from the University of Mary. Managing a busy IR service taught her how to keep a clinical operation calm, accurate, and on time. At a practice that caps each panel near 200 patients, that discipline is what lets a small team deliver care that never feels rushed.

Neera and Dr. Rishi Seth built Seth Premier Medical together, a husband-and-wife team running the practice they wanted for their own family. Outside the office, she treasures time with Rishi, their daughter Sophia, their son Ishaan, and their two dogs, Archie and Bella. The family loves time at the lake and traveling the world together.
