Board-Certified Internal Medicine
Dr. Rishi Seth
Founder of Seth Premier Medical. Internal medicine for adults who want a doctor with time to think, prevention that gets ahead of problems, and a number they can actually call.

A doctor with the time to know you.
Dr. Rishi Seth is a board-certified internal medicine physician (MD) and the founder of Seth Premier Medical, a concierge practice in Tampa. He built it around a smaller panel, unhurried visits, and 24/7 direct access, so patients get a physician who knows them rather than a rushed ten-minute slot.
Every plan starts with your numbers, your history, and a real conversation about what you want the next twenty years to look like. No templates, and no handoffs to staff you have never met. His focus spans longevity medicine, physician-supervised GLP-1 weight loss, advanced prevention, and metabolic health.
He co-hosts Out of Network, a podcast with Las Vegas concierge physician Dr. Ryon Parker, on concierge care, longevity, and where medicine is headed. He runs the practice alongside his wife, Neera Seth, who leads operations as Chief Operations Officer.
