About Dr. Seth

A doctor with the time to know you.

Dr. Rishi Seth is a board-certified internal medicine physician (MD) and the founder of Seth Premier Medical, a concierge practice in Tampa. He built it around a smaller panel, unhurried visits, and 24/7 direct access, so patients get a physician who knows them rather than a rushed ten-minute slot.

Every plan starts with your numbers, your history, and a real conversation about what you want the next twenty years to look like. No templates, and no handoffs to staff you have never met. His focus spans longevity medicine, physician-supervised GLP-1 weight loss, advanced prevention, and metabolic health.

He co-hosts Out of Network, a podcast with Las Vegas concierge physician Dr. Ryon Parker, on concierge care, longevity, and where medicine is headed. He runs the practice alongside his wife, Neera Seth, who leads operations as Chief Operations Officer.

Questions about Dr. Seth.

The panel is capped near 200 patients per physician, on purpose. Fewer patients is what makes same-day access and hour-long visits possible. When a panel fills, enrollment closes.
Yes. Members reach him directly by phone, text, or video, 24/7, and are usually seen the same or next day.
Yes, when clinically appropriate, as a physician-supervised program with monitored dosing, quarterly labs, and follow-up.
Yes. The practice is in-network and bills your insurance for visits, including telehealth, so standard plan copays apply. The monthly membership is a separate concierge fee for the access and time insurance does not cover, and your insurance also covers labs, imaging, medications, and outside specialists.
Dr. Seth is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). He earned his MD at Ross University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of North Dakota.
