What membership includes

Membership is the foundation of everything we do. It covers 24/7 direct physician access by phone, text, or video, same or next-day appointments, an executive-style annual preventive visit, and hands-on coordination of your labs, imaging, and specialist referrals. Prevention and longevity are built into the plan rather than sold as add-ons.

Because the panel is intentionally small, visits are unhurried and your physician knows your history. That is the difference patients feel first: you are not starting over at every appointment.

How concierge compares to DPC and traditional care

Traditional primary care runs panels of 1,800 to 2,500 patients, which is why visits feel rushed and access is hard. Direct primary care improves on that with panels closer to 600 to 800. Our concierge model is smaller still, around 200, with the coordination and prevention work that the other two models usually leave out.

The monthly membership is a separate concierge fee for the access, time, and coordination that insurance does not pay for, and it is not billed to insurance. You keep your own health insurance for labs, imaging, medications, and any specialists outside the practice.

Who it is for

Members tend to be people who value their time, want prevention taken seriously, and are tired of waiting weeks to be seen for ten rushed minutes. Families can be added at a discounted rate with the same access and benefits.
